Edgy and modern, yet echoing design elements from the Art Deco and Victorian eras, Michelle Fantaci has just launched her new Bridal Collection with us!
Using 18K green gold and stunning diamonds in striking, geometric cuts, these rings are also a natural extension of her fine jewelry collection.
“Bridal was a natural evolution for me,” says Michelle.“I noticed clients looking to my main line for their engagement and wedding day jewelry, breaking away from traditionally bridal pieces, so I created a collection that I felt spoke to this but also delivered something truly special in each design.”
Naturally drawn to jewelry, Fantaci began creating her first pieces at the age of 15 and subsequently spent a year studying metal-smithing and Old World techniques in Florence, Italy, while in college.
But it wasn’t until 2006, while studying for her master’s degree in Interior Design at Pratt Institute, that she finally realized her true passion for the jewelry making process. Going on to study wax modeling under the highly respected technical teacher Fred de Vos, in 2007 she launched her first collection.
Her jewelry feels handmade because it is; many pieces are the result of hours of sketching and model building, while others are born from a newfound interest in computer design technology. Michelle Fantaci jewelry has appeared in the pages of Vogue, W, The New York Times, Women’s Wear Daily, and many others.
We are madly in love and kind of wish we could get married again just to wear these rings!
